Join the CICM Mentoring Program for the Mentoring Workshop Series. This workshop will delve further into the areas of communication that are central to an effective mentoring partnership. We’ll cover the topics of listening and feedback as well as considering wellbeing and what it means to ‘Flourish’. With plenty of opportunities to engage with your colleagues and share thoughts on successful mentoring partnership, this in person workshop provides a valuable opportunity to learn and network. All CICM Fellows with an interest in being a CICM Mentor are welcome to attend. Trainees who are working on a rural term in Australia in 2024 or 2025 are also eligible to attend. Please note, participation in this workshop is open to all, regardless of whether you attended the previous session.
