Neil is a senior staff specialist in Intensive Care at University Hospital Geelong (UHG) and St John of God Hospital Geelong; Clinical Director of Project Redesign at Barwon Health; a Board Director, Chair of Accreditation, and Chair of the Culture Program for the College of Intensive Care Medicine (CICM); and Associate Professor in Intensive Care Medicine at Deakin and Monash University. His interests include leadership, organisational culture, shared decision-making, clinical research, philanthropy, and writing for the public.
