Deepak is the Director of ICU at Liverpool Hospital, Critical Care stream Director and Board member of South Western Sydney Local Health District. He has Clinical Professorial appointments at Macquarie University, Western Sydney University, UNSW and BVDU(India). In his role as Chair of ANZICS Safety and Quality Committee and Chair of NSW Net Zero ICU Hub, he provides leadership and conducts research and quality improvement in environmental sustainability in healthcare. Outside of work his interests are in long distance running and bush walking.
